GOODBYE 2017 !!!

Hello, peeps. So, this is what, my first post ?? Lol. Welcome to my blog. It is like obsolete to have a blog nowadays I think. From the topic itself you can know what this post is all about rite? Huhu.

2017. A year that taught me a lot of things. From education, survival skills, friendships and so on. So here I gave you what had I been through this year. I do start this meaningful year with someone special. Someone who is dear to me. We did celebrate our New Year Eve at SCM. (It was my first time there and I found it quite cool perhaps) ;)

Nothing that really interests me in the first few months of 2017 except for classes, quizzes ( oh, I hate them), tutorials, labs and yeah. I currently in my mid of the second semester of my foundation during that time !! Foundation was quite hard easy and enjoyable tough as every of my batchmate really struggles in order to secure their place in MBBS. Well, that was a hell lot for a foundation year. We did learn about the basic of sciences which require our knowledge in order to have good basic fundamentals to pursue in our degree life.

In March, something which is a really unforgettable event in my life happened. We ( my teammates and I) WON the Vice-Chancellor Debate Cup of our university. We did defeat our seniors which were more experienced than us. But we know that we won because of luck actually. Lol. It was a really hectic weekend for us but we know that it's worth it to sacrifice our leisure time just to compete in the debate.

We had our Dinner before we finished our foundation year. It was a hell lot of fun that night. We enjoyed it very much that we forgot we have final examination the next upcoming week lol. After finished our foundation, I got to attend for an interview for me to be a meds student and yeah, alhamdulillah I made it !! So I registered myself as a meds student at the same University I have my foundation in September.

THIS IS WHERE MY JOURNEY AS A MEDICAL STUDENT BEGINSSSS !!!!

I was sooo excited and delighted to enter this medical school as it was my dream since I was a little. I remembered myself sitting in the morgue while waiting for my mom to finish her work when I was 3! What an awful experience to be there with all those cadavers. So basically to become a doctor u must enter the medical school for about 5 to 6 years. Yeahh I know it is one long journey but it is really worth it. Trust me. People usually said that meds student don't have any life at all. They just study all day long non-stop. Well, i tell you what, we did study because we are dealing with human lives, do u want to be treated by a doctor who is not safe and doesn't have enough knowledge to treat you? Hell NO.

Actually, while I am writing this, I am in my study week of my first semester as a meds school. It is a really exciting semester where I got to learn a lot of things from anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. I got to see cadavers and enter the labs to do some experiment like every week. Luckily none of us creep out during our first practical in the Dissection Hall. Hahahaha. One experience that I can't forget during my first semester is that I got to join sunathon (a marathon of sunat )  !!! which is really greatt and enjoyable. I was soo high during that time which makes me think why would anyone do drugs if they can do surgeryyy. I am a huge fan of surgery as I dream of being a surgeon one-day insyaAllah. DO pray for me !!!

In conclusion, there a lott of things that I gained this year ( including a bunch of adipose tissue. Lol) which I hope that I couldn't forget. Let's learned from what we all had been through for a year. You may love something but it is bad for you and vice versa. Buckle up. Fight for your wayy peeps. Btw, Do pray for my first examination in my meds school guys. Thanks for reading and hope to see u guys in the next post.

A quote from my favourite TV series, Grey's Anatomy !!!
